Why is it trying to charge me for 2 items at checkout? Even though I don’t want to order the frame?
You are not being charged for the frame. The product shown on the page represents the base replacement lens price for that frame model.
Once you customize your lenses, the checkout separates the order into two parts: the base lens price and the lens customization. The customization includes the prescription, lens type, coatings, tint, or any upgrades selected during checkout.
The frame image is only shown so you can confirm the exact Ray-Ban model your lenses are made for. Your order is for replacement lenses only, not the frame.
What is the difference compared to the original Meta lens?
There are no visible differences between our lenses and those from Meta.

What is lens replacement?
Scratches happen! Whether your lenses are damaged, outdated, or just need an upgrade, lens replacement is the easiest way to refresh your favorite frames. We swap out your old lenses with brand-new, high-quality ones—custom-cut to fit perfectly.
How does lens replacement work?
Our standard turnaround time is 5–7 business days from the time you place your order. Your custom lenses will be shipped straight to your door, ready to install.
How long does it take to get my new lenses?
Our standard turnaround time is 7 days from when we receive your frames. Need them faster? Expedited options are available!
Do the lenses come with UV protection?
Absolutely. Every pair of lenses we make includes 100% UVA/UVB protection at no extra cost, so your eyes stay safe and your vision stays clear.
My prescription changed—can I return or exchange my lenses?
Since all our lenses are custom-made, we can’t take returns for prescription changes. But don’t worry—we offer discounted reorders to make getting a new pair easy.
What if I made a mistake entering my prescription?
It happens! If you notice an error right after ordering, contact us ASAP. If your lenses are already in production, we’ll work with you to find the best solution.
