PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS (“Agreement”) CAREFULLY. By accessing or participating in LIFEART REWARDS (the “Program”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement, including any terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not participate in the Program.
Notice Regarding Dispute Resolution and Your Right to Opt-Out. This Agreement incorporates the [LifeArt Vision Terms of Use] and [Privacy Policy], which include an arbitration agreement and a class action waiver. Unless you opt out of arbitration within 30 days of enrolling (see Section 11), you agree to resolve claims individually through binding arbitration.
This Agreement governs participation in LIFEART REWARDS offered by LifeArt Vision, Inc. (“LifeArt,” “we,” “us,” “our”). Enrollment or use of the Program (“Membership”) subjects each participant (“you,” “your,” “Member”) to this Agreement, as amended from time to time.
1) Eligibility and Overview
1.1 Eligibility. The Program is offered at our discretion and is available to natural persons for personal use only, one account per individual. You must be at least 18 and maintain a valid email. The Program is void where prohibited and limited to locations we ship.
1.2 Agreement to Terms. By enrolling, you confirm you have read and accept this Agreement, the [LifeArt Vision Terms of Use], and the [Privacy Policy]. If you do not agree, do not enroll.
1.3 Right to Refuse/Cancel. We may refuse Membership, suspend, or terminate any account for suspected or actual abuse, fraud, resale of rewards, violation of this Agreement, or activity detrimental to LifeArt. We may reverse points or rewards in such cases.
2) How the Program Works
2.1 Enrollment. Create a LifeArt account and opt into LIFEART REWARDS. You must be signed in to earn or redeem.
2.2 Earning on Orders. Members earn 1 point per $1 spent on merchandise subtotal (excluding tax, fees, shipping, and gift cards). Points generally post after an order is fulfilled.
2.3 Non-Purchase Earning. We may offer points for non-purchase actions (e.g., account creation, newsletter sign-up, verified product review, social follow, birthday, referral). Unless stated otherwise, the default award for such one-time actions is 50 points. Details and caps appear in Section 3.
2.4 Returns and Adjustments. If an order is refunded, points from that order are reversed. If store credit is issued, we may adjust points accordingly; purchases made using store credit generally do not earn points. We may correct points for errors at any time.
2.5 Personal Use. The Program and any benefits are for personal use only; products or rewards obtained through the Program may not be resold.
3) Points and Bonuses
3.1 Point Value. 100 points = $5 in discount value when redeemed through the Program.
3.2 Ways to Earn (examples).

Orders: 1 point per $1 (merchandise subtotal).

Join LIFEART REWARDS: 50 points (one-time).

Newsletter sign-up: 50 points (one-time).

Verified product review: 50 points (limit one per fulfilled order).

Social follow (per network if offered): 50 points.

Birthday: 50 points in your birthday month (after you add your birth date).

Referral: See Section 5.
We may add, change, limit, or end earn actions at any time.
3.3 Posting and Corrections. Points typically post after fulfillment. We may adjust, audit, or reverse points for returns, cancellations, suspected abuse, or error.
3.4 Inactivity and Expiration. Points do not expire while your account shows earn or redemption activity at least once every 12 months. If your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months, accrued points may expire. We may notify you before expiration, but notice is not required.
4) Redeeming Rewards
4.1 Redemption Options. Points can be exchanged for available rewards displayed in your account, including:

We may add or change rewards and point costs at any time.
4.2 How Redemption Works. Rewards are issued as single-use codes or automatic benefits, for use on lifeartvision.com purchases only. Rewards apply to merchandise subtotal and exclude tax, fees, shipping, and gift cards. You must be logged in to redeem.
4.3 Limits, Stacking, and Caps.

We may set a maximum points per redemption and/or a maximum discount percentage per order. Current cap: up to 200 points ($10) and no more than 25% of the merchandise subtotal in total discount from Program rewards, whichever is lower. Caps may change without notice.

Free-shipping rewards generally cannot be combined with other shipping discounts.
4.4 No Cash; Non-Transferable. Points and rewards have no cash value, are not property, and are non-transferable. They may not be sold or combined across accounts.
4.5 Errors and Fraud. We may revoke or refuse rewards obtained through error, abuse, or fraud.
5) Referral Program
5.1 Give/Get. When you share your unique link and a new customer places their first qualifying order, the friend receives $10 off and you receive 200 points after the order is completed.
5.2 Limits and Anti-Abuse. Self-referrals, duplicate emails, and other manipulations are not allowed. We may use cookies or other methods to attribute referrals and may decline credit in cases of suspected abuse or policy conflicts. We may limit referrals per Member and change referral terms at any time.
6) Communications
6.1 Program Emails. By enrolling, you consent to receive Program-related emails (e.g., balance updates, reward issuance, redemption confirmations). You may opt out of marketing emails at any time, but operational emails related to your account will continue.
6.2 Preferences. Manage email preferences in your account or via the unsubscribe link in any email.
7) Changes, Suspension, and Termination
7.1 Program Changes. We may change, suspend, or end the Program, any benefit, earn action, or reward at any time without prior notice, even if changes affect points or benefits already accumulated.
7.2 Account Action. We may suspend, audit, or terminate any Membership for suspected abuse, fraud, violation of this Agreement, resale of rewards, or 12 months of inactivity. Upon termination, points and rewards may be forfeited.
7.3 Your Choice. You may cancel Membership at any time via your account. Upon cancellation, points and unused rewards may be forfeited.
8) Limitations and Disclaimers
8.1 Availability. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or destroyed rewards, or for a third party’s unauthorized access to your account.
8.2 No Warranties. The Program is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8.3 Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LifeArt will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to the Program. In all cases, LifeArt’s aggregate liability will not exceed $50.
8.4 One-Year Claim Period. Any claim relating to the Program must be brought within one year after it arises.
9) Intellectual Property
All Program content and materials are owned by or licensed to LifeArt and protected by applicable laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
10) Privacy
Participation is subject to the [Privacy Policy], which explains how we collect, use, and share information related to the Program.
11) Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
11.1 Arbitration. Except where prohibited, any dispute arising out of or relating to the Program or this Agreement will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its applicable rules.
11.2 Class Waiver. No class or representative actions or procedures are permitted. The arbitrator may award relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief.
11.3 Opt-Out. You may opt out of arbitration by sending a written notice with your full name, account email, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration for LIFEART REWARDS to [service@lifeartvision.com] within 30 days of the date you first enroll.
11.4 Small Claims and Injunctive Relief. Either party may pursue qualifying claims in small claims court or seek injunctive relief for intellectual property or unauthorized access matters.
12) General
12.1 Severability. If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
12.2 Assignment. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under this Agreement. You may not assign your Membership.
12.3 Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with the [Terms of Use] and [Privacy Policy], constitutes the entire agreement regarding LIFEART REWARDS.
