All our products are backed by a 12-month warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. We're happy to assist with part or lens replacements whenever needed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method — no hassle.

Important: Prescription lenses — including replacement lenses — are custom-made and cannot be returned due to change of mind or customer input errors. Please double-check your prescription and frame model before placing your order.

    Get your invoice Your confirmation email includes an itemized invoice with all the details needed for your claim.

    Get reimbursed Submit the invoice through your provider’s reimbursement form. Most claims are processed within 2–3 weeks. Insurance typically covers up to $100.
