How do I join LifeArt Rewards?
Create an account and opt in. You’ll start with 50 points. Check your balance anytime in the Rewards widget or in your account.
How do I earn points?
You get 1 point per $1 on the merchandise subtotal. Most simple actions earn 50 points—joining, newsletter signup, verified review, and social follows.
What are points worth and what can I redeem for?
100 points = $5 off. Redeem 100 points for $5 off, 200 points for $10 off, or 150 points for free standard shipping. Rewards apply to the merchandise subtotal.
When do points show up? Can I use them on the same order?
Points from purchases post after the order is fulfilled. You can use any existing rewards at checkout, but points earned from that order are available next time.
Do points expire?
Points stay active as long as you earn or redeem at least once every 12 months. If your account is inactive for 12 months, points may expire.
How do referrals work?
Share your personal link. Your friend gets $10 off their first order, and you get 200 points after the purchase completes. New customers only; self-referrals are not eligible.
Can I stack rewards or is there a cap?
One reward code per order by default. We cap redemptions at 400 points ($20) and no more than 25% of the merchandise subtotal from Program rewards. Free-shipping rewards usually cannot combine with other shipping discounts.
What qualifies for points, and what about returns or store credit?
Points are earned on merchandise subtotal only—tax, fees, shipping, and gift cards are excluded. Returns reverse awarded points. Purchases made with store credit generally do not earn points.
