Return or exchange eligible items within 45 days of the ship date. If we made a mistake, the return is on us.

Once your return arrives and is inspected we will tell you the outcome, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

Prescription and replacement lenses are custom-made, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind or a mistyped prescription. Please double-check your model number and prescription before ordering.

HSA and FSA cards work directly at checkout. If your vision plan also allows out-of-network reimbursement, you can claim after buying from us — most providers reimburse up to $100 for prescription lenses or glasses.

3. Get reimbursed. Submit it through your provider’s form — most claims take 2–3 weeks.
