Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your glasses — and if you don’t, we make returns easy. You can exchange or return your order for free within 45 days of delivery. We even cover the first exchange.

All our products are backed by a 12-month warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. We're happy to assist with part or lens replacements whenever needed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method — no hassle.

Important: Prescription lenses — including replacement lenses — are custom-made and cannot be returned due to change of mind or customer input errors. Please double-check your prescription and frame model before placing your order.
