Glass are nice. I got the .075 and they are great for me around the office because I can still look up and see people. I wear a 1.25 when it comes to readers. They are light, lil big but come with a nice case!

I bought these glasses a few years ago to wear before bed to wind me down at night. Shortly after, I switched to glasses with orange lenses to cut additional blue light and set these aside. With the pandemic and the increased Zoom meetings and screen time in 2020, my left eye started to twitch regularly. I started wearing these again during computer time throughout the day and the twitching stopped. Then, my son asked to wear them since he is doing online schooling all day. He loves them. I tried to buy another set for myself for work, but thought I would try a different brand. That brand arrived today and felt flimsy and fell down the bridge of my nose when I looked down. So, I searched my Amazon orders to find these again. I'm returning those other ones and have ordered myself a second pair of these.

The glasses are comfortable and help with tired eyes.
