What does the plan cover?
It covers damage to lenses and frames from drops, wear and tear, coating issues, and hardware failures. You’ll receive a one-time replacement of the product.
How long am I covered?
Your coverage lasts for 12 months from the date your order is placed.
How much does the plan cost?
- Non-prescription: $9
- Readers / Single Vision: $19
- Progressive / Bifocal: $29
What’s the replacement fee (copay) if I file a claim?
- Orders under $80: $20
- Orders $80–$149: $35
- Orders $150 and above: $50
Do I pay anything if I don’t use the plan?
You only pay the one-time plan fee at checkout. The copay only applies if you need a replacement.
Does it cover lost or stolen glasses?
No, the plan does not cover lost or stolen items.
What if my frame is no longer available?
If your original frame is discontinued, we’ll offer a similar style of equal or lesser value.

How do I file a claim?
