Seller reached out to try and resolve the issue. Appreciate the proactive outreach. They have offered to send me a replacement product.
I have updated my 3 star review to 5 to reflect this.

Original review: The cases work fine. 1 out of the 2 did look used with some scuff on it and some on the inside black liner peeling. It also didn't have a microfiber cleaning cloth inside the case like the other one.
I used Amazon's automated services to try and resolve this, but the only solution given was to have this shipped back, which seemed silly with a bad environmental footprint. I ended up just keeping the cases, and manually removed the scuffs.
